Before Returning Goods
Please ensure before returning goods that you have contacted us first via email or phone so we can verify and log the problem. We will then instruct you on how to proceed.
All returns require Proof of Purchase and a detailed description of the problem. Basic descriptions like "faulty" or "does not work" will most likely delay the returns process while we ascertain the problem. We will log the return when it arrives in store and we can provide you with an R.A. Number to follow up on the status of your repair or return.
