About the Role:

As a member of our sales team you will be at the forefront of our company both in store and electronically. You will need to discern the nature of a customers requirements and balance their needs and wants to create or choose the adequate system and components for end user.

About the Role:

As a member of our technical department, you will be repairing and troubleshooting customer issues to ensure that the customer comes away as happy as they can. You will need to be able to build PCs and provide solutions for customers.

  1. Repairing and troubleshooting / diagnostics of computers and peripherals

  2. Troubleshooting software issues

  3. Troubleshooting network issues
