IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE RETURNING AN ITEM! Installation Fees $10 for small items less than $50 value in retail price. $25 for single item and / or basic faults greater than $50 and less than $500 value in retail price. $40 for single item with uncommon problem greater than $150 value in retail price. $60 for any system presented with any problem (includes rebuilds). $60 is also our standard fee for assembly of any system or full installation of software, EG: Windows. |

Suspect Faulty Component or System: The customer is responisble for correct installation of purchased components, failure to correctly install components is not a fault and is not covered by any warranty. We will offer advice but any test work carried out will attract a service fee. This includes BIOS flashes and software updates that are konwn to fix issues. |

Damaged Goods: Any item returned with identified damage will attract a service fee. The damaged goods will either be repaired in shop or sent away for repair replacement. There is no guarentee of replacement or repair of the damaged goods and items can be rejected at the discretion of the staff member involved. |

Non Faulty or Unwanted Goods: A bare minimum of 15% restocking fee will apply to goods in this category. Return value will reflect condition, age and current market value. Goods that do not perform to your level of satisfaction is not a fault and it is the customers responsibility to ensure correct operation of the system as well as correct configuration to ensure performance. |
